Hi, my name is maryann and i would like to thank
you for visiting this little section on the Christmas Cabin. We plan to have
some fun and interesting information for you. This section will begin on
November 4th through New Year's Eve.
I thought i would make this issue a sample of what
you will find when you return closer to the holiday season.



six red peppers
six green peppers
three small hot peppers
12 onions
1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons salt
Chop peppers and onions. Cover with boiling
butter. I use about a half of a stick. Let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining
ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. Pour into jars and seal immediately. (Makes
6 pints.)
This is very attractive and perfect for a small
gift.
