Hello Visitors. This time I have offered you a simple recipe for a dessert. The recipe was sent to me by my daughter, Mary. It was a recipe from Mary Ann's mother, it was popular during World War I, when eggs and butter were hard to get:

This cake was popular during World War I when eggs, milk, and butter were difficult to obtain.

Boil together 3 minutes. cool ADD:

Mix together. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
